The 5th edition is scheduled for publication at the beginning of 2013. It is not clear when this PMBOK will be effective for the CAPM, PMP and PgMP Exam. However it is safe to say that  by summer of 2013, those exams will all be based on the PMBOK 5th edition.

it is very easy if you are more alert. It is drafted to check how critical you are in reading.

Some says that they click and say they are still in the same webpage. No, if you are a good reader, you can find that the header is different (500 split into 400 and 100 - click the 400, then you get 400 questions with answers.from PM ABC/PM Success Clcik the 100 and you get 100 Q&A from Crosswind)

Need to revise question 9, please note answer A) does not say updates:
9. Which of the following may be considered as the outputs of performing Quality Assurance?

C) Quality management plan, Quality metrics, Quality baseline
D) Quality control measurements, recommended preventive actions

Therefore it cannot be the correct answer according to the question. OPA, PM Plan cannot be outputs to QA. It should say OPA updates, PM plan updates etc
